Dear friend,
this is an appeal for the implementation of a Peace Program in the Lira district,
Uganda ( See letter "Culture
of Peace Programme").
IRFF Europe start a Fund Raising Program to support the rehabilitation in the
region of about 300 rebels from the group CAMP. We need to find them (See Newspaper
article 266 bytes) and convince them to "come
out of the bush" and join the "Give Me a Chance" rehabilitation program. You
will received a detail report about the spending of the funds and the decree
of success in this "Peace Action Project".All the funds are going to be monitor
directly on location by the IRFF Europe and IRFF Uganda. We will like your support.
