In a refugee tent camp a team of doctors from USA, Russia, Benin and Japan examined refugees from Northern Oscetia and Chechnya and issued medications. Food and clothing collected by volunteers were distributed in the camps. Psychological support was given in the form of organized sports activities and donated computers were made operable in a community center for refugees to learn the basic.

City Children's Rehabilitation Center
Through a cabinet minister of the Republic and the minister of social protection a project was organized under the title of "Aid for Disabled Children." 26 volunteers from five different countries gathered to remodel an old one-story sauna into a two-story rehabilitation center for disadvantaged children.
